Established in immediate response to the food insecurity created by Operation Metro Surge, the Northside People’s Pantry is a mutual aid group serving hundreds of vulnerable families in the Twin Cities Metro area since January of this year.

While the news media cycle moves on from Minneapolis, the needs of our community have never been greater. Your donation will go directly to feeding people in need in Minneapolis, some of whom have not been able to leave their homes or shop for themselves for months. We purchase fresh and shelf-stable food, along with diapers, baby formula, and personal hygiene needs every day, that are catered to the specific needs of each family.

Your support helps us continue to purchase and deliver food to our neighbors and is a critical component of the mutual aid that has helped Minnesotans hold the line against ICE’s campaign of fear, violence, and intimidation.
