Support Noelle's Family in Elanor's Fight

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Ginger Greenberg, and I am raising money for my cousin, Noelle Russell, her husband, Richard, and her dear family. Precious baby Elanor Ione (6 months old) was recently hospitalized at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth where they researched the cause of her infantile spasms while treating the symptoms.
The amazing team at Cook’s coordinated testing that has led to a root cause of the spasms and other developmental delays. Elanor has a rare genetic mutation (spontaneous, meaning not inherited, just random). It is a mutation of the CACNA1E gene, which controls how calcium travels in certain parts of the central nervous system, particularly the brain. The Genetics team at Cook’s is looking into possible treatment and research opportunities. There are many unknowns, and we anticipate many expenses. Insurance covers a lot of hospital and medical care, but there are ever
increasing costs of travel, co-pays and daily living. We are hoping to help Noelle and Richard so that they can focus on caring for Elanor and her big brother, Raylan. Thank
you for supporting Noelle and her family.
