Support Nina's Battle Against Pancreas Cancer

Hi! I'm Amaya!

I am this lovely woman's niece. Growing up my Nina and I were a part but I always felt loved by her. She was struggling with her own life challenges but I always got to see the beautiful parts of her. For my family she has always been the optimist, the poet, the joy finder. When she has had nothing to give she always offers her life experience and ear. There was this one point when I was driving down from Monterrey on one of my many long drives haha and I was falling asleep at the wheel. In the moment I just wanted to get home so I didn't want to pull over. It was about 2 in the morning and before chemo my Nina had a lot of trouble sleeping. I decided to call her knowing that she would answer 2nd ring; she did, she always does. We talked about life, love, and traveling. My Nina is very good at talking among other things haha.

Flashing forward a couple years we recently learned my Nina has a very aggressive pancreas cancer. My family (my mom and sister) have been working with her daily to nurse her back to health and feel supported and loved. I want to do my part by helping raise funds for things such as her cancer treatments, extra food costs my mom has taken on, transportation to and from appointments, and honestly were just preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. If you could donate it would be such a blessing to my family, but if not we really more than anything just want your thoughts, prayers, and good energy. My Nina already has a team but the more good energy the better. Thank you for your time in reading this!
