For those that know Nicole, you know she is a private person when it comes to hardships. Even if she is struggling she will put a smile on her face and try to focus on the positives. You also know she is one of the sweetest women you will ever meet and she is an amazing mother to her 6 year old son. Without saying to much as this is a high conflict case and we are here to help Nicole, not give fuel to other party. I would like to explain, please help Nicole keep her and her son safe. One year ago Nicole had to run with her son after being threatened by her spouse. She was granted a restraining order but since then he is financially depleting her by taking her back to court for several frivolous things. Such as ex parte, attempting to play victim and tried to file a domestic violence restraining order on her, attempting to put criminal charges against her, all of which have been unsuccessful but he just won’t stop. She has already maxed out thousands of dollars but needs to pay for a retainer for these new frivolous cases and she absolutely needs an attorney. Please help her be able to keep an attorney.
