UPDATE: Nick had to have a procedure to break up the scar tissue in his knee. This needed to be done before they can do surgery to reattach the ligaments and tendons in that leg. It's been a long road and seems to have no end in sight yet. He is still doing PT. The scar tissue procedure set him back but he's still working hard to recover. Thank you all for your prayers and help. Please keep him and his wife in your prayer.
UPDAT: Nick is back in the hospital with issues in his toes. Please keep him and his wife in your prayers.
My name it Lesly Schoo. My son Nick (Duke) Enders had a bad fall on Friday, October 3, while camping in Indiana. He dislocated his knee in the worst way possible. Today Nick had his third surgery, not sure how many more he'll need to repair all the damage.
Nick and his wife live in Woodstock, IL. The doctors aren't sure how long Nick will be in the hospital, how long his rehab will be or when he will be able to return to work. This is why I am asking for any help you can offer. Even the smallest donation is greatly appreciated. If you aren't able to donate financially, I'm hoping, when Nick gets home, we can schedule people to help him and his wife with chores and other things they may need help with. Everyone's prays and good thoughts are always welcome.
Thank you in advance.
