Stand with Us Against Political Violence

We are a group of Democrats who are New Hampshire State Legislators, community and business leaders.

In New Hampshire—and across our nation—our democracy faces a dangerous test. Violent rhetoric has grown louder. Acts of political violence, once unthinkable, now threaten the safety of our communities and the health of our democracy.

As New Hampshire Democrats, we believe leadership means lowering the temperature, speaking with compassion, and protecting every Granite Stater’s right to engage in civic life free from intimidation or fear.

Unfortunately, not all leaders share that commitment. Some have used tragedy as an excuse to inflame divisions, glorify violence, and pit neighbor against neighbor. That cannot go unanswered.

We are launching a campaign to place advertisements across New Hampshire condemning violent rhetoric and acts—and calling on all leaders, regardless of party, to reaffirm their commitment to prioritizing the safety of citizens.

Why We Need Your Help

Running ads in newspapers, on radio, and online costs money. To reach Granite Staters in every corner of our state, we must raise funds quickly. Your donation will help us:

• Place ads in statewide and local outlets calling for unity and nonviolence.

• Amplify the voices of responsible leaders who reject hate and intimidation.

• Show that New Hampshire stands for civility, democracy, and community safety.

When violent words go unchallenged, violent acts follow. Silence is not an option. We must unite against political violence, reject fear-driven politics, and reaffirm the core values that make us strong: respect, fairness, and community.
