Robinson New Way Empowerment is a non-profit Christian Ministries and organization founded by Jim Robinson based in Cincinnati, Ohio, created to teach, assist and empower at-risk youth and young adults, lacking necessary personal and interpersonal skills to better prepare them for success in the real world. Robinson New Way Empowerment is looking to secure funding and resources to apply for 501(c)3 certification and its administrative paperwork to set up the organization. Once certification is established, New Way Empowerment intends to grow and expand current staffing needs, in order to continue to make an impact in the community and nationwide.

Jim Robinson believes that at-risk youth and young adults have the potential to contribute and become productive members of society. Robinson New Way Empowerment promote and value compassion, understanding, hard-work and discipline to achieve the company's mission.

Goals:

• Teach youth and young adults resume writing.

• Assist in the completion of online employment applications.

• Prepare and assist candidates with employment interviewing skills and techniques. Assist young people find a trade or vocational school or training program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, painting or construction to help them succeed in future career choices.

• Teach proper dress codes.

• Provide guidance and counseling.

• Partner with churches nationwide to train them to work with at- risk youth and young adults.

• Work with local companies to secure employment opportunities in their cities.

• Help deter young people away from a life of crime.

• Work with young adults to instill entrepreneurial skills to be applied within their communities.

Growth:

Robinson New Way Empowerment intends to expand operations and set up offices in other cities to help and empower at-risk youth and young adults nationwide, as the need for these services is great. To achieve this goal, Robinson New Way Empowerment requires the necessary funding to accomplish and sustain this expansion for continued impactful results.

About the Founder of New Way Empowerment:

Jim Robinson is the Founder of Robinson New Way Empowerment. Mr. Robinson has over 40 years of experience working with at-risk youth and young adults through his church and ministry. As a strong advocate for at-risk youth causes, Mr. Robinson works with judicial courts and Judges, and coordinates employment opportunities with companies in the greater Cincinnati area. He has been instrumental in securing employment for over 93 youth and young adults with local companies.
