My name is Vanny, and I’m proud member of the Northeast LA community.

I’m reaching out for support to keep the NELA Food Distribution program going that I’ve started out of the Offbeat bar in Highland Park.

Every week, we prepare and distribute groceries to nearly 500 people in our community. While we sometimes receive support from the city, and other donations, recently I’ve had to cover some costs out of pocket. Right now, our shelves are empty while families are still in need.

If you’re able to donate, any amount truly helps us continue providing fresh produce, canned goods, and bread to those who rely on this distribution. We have 5 donation drop off locations if you would like to donate non perishable ítems.
