Hello! My name is Neil Shah and I am a junior at Mountain House High School (MHHS). I'm also a Life Scout from Troop 511, and I'm fundraising for my Eagle Project at the Lammersville Unified School District.

An Eagle Project is usually a project that is designed to give back to the community in any way possible and benefits the community positively. My Eagle Project is to organize a school-district-wide book drive and then donate the books to a local Salvation Army center so that the underprivileged have access to books. I will do this by building wood collection boxes and placing them at the elementary and high schools in LUSD. I will then have a 3-4 week collection period where people in my community can donate any new or lightly used books they may have.

However, to make this project a reality, I will need to raise approximately $800. All funds that I raise will go directly to purchasing materials and tools to build my project.
