Hi! For those who don't know me, my name is Jude Simmons. I'm a 21-year-old hobbyist in music and tabletop game design working to get by alongside my 56-year-old mother and 20-year-old sister, as well as our four aging pets (two dogs, two cats), following the passing of my father four years ago, and my grandfather this year.

Over the course of this year, my family and I have worked tirelessly to keep up with the overwhelming cost of living in our area of town, and despite our efforts, have been significantly behind on rent payments for a number of months. Our landlord has been ever gracious and patient, allowing for partial payments over the course of each month, but even still, things have reached a point where sustainability is looking bleak. As of yesterday, we have been given until September 7th to come up with our (roughly) $7,500 due up to this month (usually $2.1k per month), or we will have to find somewhere else to live.

I'm aware this goal is set very aspirationally, as getting that amount in less than four days would take nothing short of a miracle. But even if time runs out, any amount will help to hopefully put towards moving costs and a deposit on a new place. I don't particularly have much materially to offer in return, but consider any donation an eternal favor in return- be it creative or menial, I will do quite literally anything to express my utmost gratitude.
