Support Needed for Family's Car Replacement

On June 1st, my five kids and I were heading to the park to have a fun summer day. As I waited to turn left, the driver behind me was turned around and crashed right into the back of my van. I have been working with my insurance since we cannot find him with the information he provided at the scene. I did later find out he was driving on a revoked license.
