Help needed pay our mounting legal expenses

I want to first start by saying a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us out on here and in person. We have an amazing group of family and friends. You guys are amazing. We wouldn’t have been able to keep our heads above water as much as we have even without yall.

A little backstory for those of you who don’t know us or are just now viewing for the first time. All through 2024 we have struggled. My wife has had to have multiple back procedures and has been either out of work or very limited. We have also had to repair the engine on my van and shortly after that a deer ran out in front of me and damaged it as well. Those were both very costly expenses.

Then out of the blue one Friday night we are sitting and eating dinner when a strange man knocks on our door and when I go to the door he serves me with papers. I have had 50/50 custody of my boys since my divorce in 2021 and these papers aim to take that away. Everyone who knew anything about our financial situation at the time knew this would be the best time to do something that I would have to spend money defending.

I love my boys more than anything in the world. My wife and I have provided them and my stepdaughter a very stable, structured, and loving environment for the past three plus years. We have always put the children first and literally spent our last dime making sure they have what they need.

Now we are asking for your help to ensure that we can continue to fight the fight of our lives and ensure that our children can continue to have the home life they deserve. We want them to live in an environment where they are provided with everything they need to thrive in this life and grow into healthy and happy adults. We thank you so much for you help and support.
