Nate Rose is a loving son, loyal friend, and dedicated member of his community who is now facing the fight of his life. After years of battling kidney disease, Nate is in urgent need of a kidney transplant. His condition has progressed to the point where a transplant is the only option—and time is critical.

Nate’s story is one of perseverance, strength, and heart. In 2021, he was named the American Legion Baseball National Player of the Year—a testament not only to his talent on the field but also to his leadership, character, and determination. Whether on the diamond or in everyday life, Nate has inspired those around him through his grit and positivity.
