Hi everyone!
My name is Justin, and I’m 15 years old. When I was just 2, I was diagnosed with ocular myasthenia gravis (MG)—a rare autoimmune condition that causes muscle weakness, especially in the eyes. I underwent treatment for a couple of years, and thankfully, I became symptom-free.
At 8 years old, I discovered fencing, and it changed my life. Through dedication, training, and support, I’ve competed in local, regional, and national events. Fencing helped me build strength—not just physically, but mentally too. Now, I want to give back to the community that supports people living with MG.
This year, I’m launching my first fundraising campaign to support the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGFA). Every dollar raised will go toward research, awareness, and resources for MG patients and their families.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come—and I want to help others with MG keep fighting, too.
Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with your friends and family. Together, we can make a difference!
Thank you for supporting my cause,
Justin
