Support My Volunteer Trip to Help Elephants

I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I wanted to take in every animal I met, but I was never allowed to. Now, as an adult, I’m always the one adopting and fostering dogs, and volunteering at my local shelters. My passion for animal welfare has shaped who I am, and I’ve always dreamed of making an even bigger impact.
This journey is even more meaningful because I’m sharing it with Chelsea, my best friend of 24 years. We’ve supported each other through so much, and we both share a deep love for animals. Together, we’re taking this next step to volunteer abroad and make a difference for elephants in Thailand.
Elephant Nature Park is a sanctuary dedicated to rescuing and caring for elephants who have suffered from abuse, neglect, and mistreatment. I chose this program because of their ethical approach and their mission to provide elephants with a safe, natural environment where they can form close bonds and live free from harm. During my time at the sanctuary, I’ll be helping with daily care—preparing food, cleaning shelters, cutting grass, and supporting maintenance projects. I’ll also get to observe the elephants as they socialize, take mud baths, and enjoy the freedom they deserve.
Your support will help cover essential expenses like program fees, hotel, flights, and insurance, allowing me to focus on giving back to these incredible animals. I’m passionate about making a difference for animals who have endured so much, and I’m grateful for any help you can give to make this journey possible.
