Support my summer internship in Kenya

Hi! My name is Macy Collins and this summer, I have the incredible opportunity to travel to Kenya and shadow health care professionals at the Coast General Teaching and Referring Hospital. This will be a culminating experience in Public Health and its applications in clinical settings as I finish out my degree. I will get to witness how health care is delivered in a different country, while also getting to help those in need. Participating in this program will expand my cultural competency and broaden my understanding of global health and health disparities in the real world.

While I am using my savings to fund the bulk of the program, your support would help cover travel expenses, immunizations, scrubs, and other specialized equipment. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help me make this journey and serve the community in Mombasa.
