For about 7 years, I was his primary caregiver. His father and I attempted to coparent for a few years when he was 7-10 and it was toxic and detrimental to my son. In 2021 I made the very tough decision to allow my son to live with his father predominantly in hopes that the stability and less back and forth between households would cool the feud between us. Since 2021 since his father has been my son’s custodial parent and these are the facts backed up by mountains of evidence :

*He has broken his arm twice under mysterious circumstances

*He has plates in his arm from the second break and complained of sickness and pain for WEEKS and was ignored until his cuticles started bleeding and he loss all the fingernails on his right hand

*He is NEVER properly groomed

*He was kept away from me and my family for 284 days until a judge cited and admonished his father for parental alienation

*He missed over 40 days of school last school year

*He was late over 21 times

*He has been averaging a 67-74 in two subjects per year and has pleaded to go to tutoring to no avail

*He is NEVER dressed weather appropriately

*He is given one pair of sneakers to wear everyday per 6 months

*He is unfairly punished often and the rules when grounded are too harsh and often met by the silent treatment from his adult father

*He is admonished and scolded when he expresses himself to me and if I try to stand up for him, his punishment gets worse

*He is responsible for his three younger siblings at minimum three days a week which does not allow for his enrichment or enrollment in other extracurricular activities

*He did not go to the doctor for the last two years even after multiple asthma and anaphylactic shock episodes

*During the time of parental alienation he PLEADED to see his mother to no avail

*Any attempts to see me, his mother, are punishable by a grounding from his father and the silent treatment for WEEKS

*He has severe asthma and allergies and it has been recommended by two doctors and an orthopedic surgeon that he see an allergist and he has not done so in the last five years
