Hello, my name is Paulina, and today I'm creating this GoFundMe to cover the legal expenses for my fiancé.

Today, January 20th, at 12 PM, ICE detained my fiancé. He was following his asylum process and had regular check-ins with ISAP. Since he began the process, he has never missed a court date or an appointment.

He is a man of God, with a big heart, very loving, respectful, and hardworking. In the short time he has been in the community, he has earned the affection and respect of many people because of his character, his humility, and his willingness to help others. He has no criminal record or fines.

This situation has been very difficult emotionally and financially for our small family. The funds raised will be used exclusively to cover legal expenses and attorney fees, with the hope that he can have a fair defense and the opportunity to continue his life and his positive contributions to the community.

El dia de hoy Enero 20 a las 12pm, detuvo ICE a mi prometido, el estaba siguiendo su proceso de asilo y tenía visitas en ISAP, desde que empezó su proceso nunca falto a una corte o cuando le tocaba cita de presentarse.

El es un hombre de Dios, con un gran corazón, muy amoroso, respetuoso y trabajador, en el poco tiempo que lleva en la comunidad, se ha ganado el cariño y respeto de muchas personas por su forma de ser, su humildad y su disposición para ayudar a los demás, no tiene ningún record criminal ni multa.

Esta situación ha sido muy difícil emocional y económicamente para nuestra pequeña familia. Los fondos recaudados serán utilizados exclusivamente para cubrir los gastos legales y honorarios de abogados, con la esperanza de que pueda tener una defensa justa y la oportunidad de continuar con su vida y su aporte positivo a la comunidad.
