Support my mum Helen Nicholls in her fight against Cancer

Hey guys

As you all know mum has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer and will be having treatment and surgery for the next year at least.

Sadly she was made redundant in the week following this news which as the soul provider for 3 children is a massive worry. She won't even receive SSP now.

So basically this month she will not receive any income apart from Universal Credit and will struggle to meet her monthly outgoings. She is already considering putting her car off the road as her insurance is so high.

After a meeting with Macmillan she will be applying for PIP which should eventually lessen the stress. However - she has been told this can take 20 weeks to process which is a nightmare!!

I have set this up as many people have asked mum how they can help her. But she has been brought up to say "I'm fine"!

She has helped many in the past and I just want to take some pressure of her and limit the impact on my brother and sisters at this horrible time.
