Help My Mom Fight Cancer with Hope and Healing in Mexico

In 2022, our family’s world changed when my mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Since then, it’s been a long, painful journey as the cancer spread to her liver and lungs. We’ve been fighting every step of the way, navigating treatments, appointments, and heartbreaking news—only to learn that she had been given the wrong type of chemotherapy for her rare and aggressive cancer.

We recently traveled to MD Anderson in Houston, searching for hope, but left feeling discouraged and lost. Still, we haven’t given up. My mom—who flew on an airplane for the first time in her life—got to see the ocean and experience new moments of joy despite the storm we’re in.

Now, we’ve received a glimmer of hope. We’ve been accepted as candidates at Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana, Mexico, a world-renowned cancer treatment center known for combining advanced medicine with holistic, integrative therapies. For the first time in a long time, we feel truly hopeful.

But we can’t do this alone.

We’re trying to raise $50,000 to cover the cost of her treatment, travel, and ongoing care. Every donation—big or small—brings us closer to giving my mom the fighting chance she deserves.
