Support My Mom: Lost Everything in Fire

I never imagined I’d be in a position to ask for help like this, but my family is going through something incredibly difficult right now. On June 4, a devastating house fire—caused by faulty electrical wiring—took everything from my 65-year-old mother. She lost her home, all of her belongings, her clothes, her medications, and even her beloved animals who were like family to her.

My sister, my brother and my cousin also lived in the home and were affected by the fire as well. They, too, lost everything and are now trying to rebuild their lives from nothing. My brother, cousin, sister, and I are doing everything we can to support our mom and each other, but the loss has been overwhelming.
