Hey,
I’m Graham an artist, podcaster, and mental health advocate from the south coast of England. Over the last few years, I’ve been on a journey of self-healing, creativity, and connection. I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it can be when people come together to express themselves, feel seen, and simply not feel so alone.

This September, I’m taking that vision on the road with Splat & Splash – Standing Against Loneliness — a solo grassroots UK tour stopping at 30 beaches across the country.

SEAFORD JULY EVENT -
(this is an example of what's to come on the tour)

The tour will run over the course of four months, starting in September and finishing in early January. I’ll be living in my van, travelling the coast, and creating space for community, creativity, and connection wherever I go.

At each stop, I’ll be hosting free community events — think silent disco meditations, sea plunges, collaborative art-making, and space to talk about mental health and loneliness. It’s messy, joyful, healing stuff — and absolutely anyone can join in FOR FREE :)

But this isn’t just about one-off events.

My mission is to change lives, to make a dent in the loneliness epidemic, and to create a wave of connection and creativity that lasts long after I’ve packed up my paint.

And it’s also about something bigger — I’m using this tour to fly the flag for Youth Art Connect CIC, a community interest company I founded that offers free therapeutic art clubs for young people (ages 11–18 and beyond). These clubs provide a safe space for self-expression and support at a time when many are silently struggling.

The goal?
To give Youth Art Connect the exposure it needs — to attract funders, sponsors, and patrons who believe in the power of art for mental health.

Each Splat & Splash event will produce a co-created artwork with the local community. At the end of the tour, I’ll be holding a charity art gala, where every single piece will be auctioned — with 100% of the proceeds going to Youth Art Connect CIC.

But I can’t do this alone.

I’m aiming to raise £5,000 to help cover:
• Petrol (the coast of the UK is a long drive in a van!)
• Food + accommodation
• Art supplies (canvases, paint, brushes, ponchos, etc.)
• Marketing (flyers, social media reach, signage)
• Event kit (silent disco gear, first aid, insurance, signage)

Even just £10 makes a huge difference.
It helps fuel the van, print a flyer, buy a canvas, or feed me so I can keep showing up for the next beach, the next group of people, the next shared moment of healing.

If you’ve ever felt alone…
If you believe in the power of art…
If you want to be part of something that’s real and raw and run from the heart…
Then please, support this journey.

Thank you for being here.
I hope to SEA you at the beach.
