Hi, My name is Delroy and I am currently living in the UK. I am fundraising to help my Father living in Jamaica.

Category 5 Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica and caused catastrophic damages to the country affecting many peoples livelihoods, roads electricity and properties including My dad who lost his entire house completely destroyed with literally nothing left bed, furniture, appliances, food, clothes and some tools for work gone overnight.

He currently has nowhere to live and may have to pay rent in the meantime, which is not affordable so suddenly at this time. The family is trying its best to help, but it's not enough for what needs to be done.

The house was a wooden house, and he was slowly trying to build a concrete foundation by himself brick by brick before the disaster Hurricane Melissa hit his area directly.

His plan is, instead of rebuilding a wooden house, he will just finish the concrete one so this doesn't happen again in the future, but he can't afford it right now after losing everything so suddenly.

The funds will be used towards the current situation, such as materials to rebuild, food clothes etc.

Myself and siblings Conroy and Amelia will also seek social support towards this fundraising.
