My name is H. Abusalim, and I’m raising funds to rebuild my family’s building in Deir Al-Balah, Gaza.

During the recent war, our six-apartment building the only remaining shelter for many displaced families was completely destroyed. Before the bombing, this building was home to over 15 families, totaling around 100 people, including children and women from different areas of Gaza who had nowhere else to go.

This building wasn’t just a structure; it was a place of safety and community for dozens of people escaping the violence. Now, everyone who lived there has lost everything — their homes, belongings, and sense of security.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help rebuild and restore what was lost. The funds will be used for:

• Reconstructing the six apartments

• Essential materials and labor costs

• Basic utilities (water, electricity, doors, windows)

• Replacing essential furniture and home needs

Every donation  no matter the amount brings us one step closer to giving these families a roof over their heads again.
