Support My Family After the Fire

A tragic house fire has destroyed my family’s home and most of their belongings.

My name is Kara and I am the eldest of five girls. My family moved to Sydney to support my dedicated mother to become a doctor, they have made a rental in the north shore their home whilst she has fulfilled her studies. She is finishing her degree this year and in the midst of what has been an overwhelming time for the family, a tragic house fire has destroyed my family’s home and most of their belongings.

Luckily, my mother and sisters are all okay and my father is currently in hospital, recovering from burns.

This being said they had no contents insurance and are now in need of a new home. Money for a bond is needed urgently as to provide a sense of normality for my younger sisters.

I am fundraising to help provide them with support to move house and buy new school uniforms, clothes, beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, and any other essential items they may need.
