Hello all, my name is Abigail Adams. I work at Walk-On’s in Thibodaux as a server and Blue Chip with Ms. Carmela Woody. Ms. Carmela is a Captain on our Salad station here at Walk-Ons Thib. Ms. Mela is one of the sweetest, kindest ladies that I have ever met. She is such a hardworking woman who embodies the heart of a Walk-On. She dedicates her time to making the most delicious salads that you’ve come to know and love over the past year. Unfortunately this afternoon her car caught fire in the Walk-On’s parking lot. The afternoon sun caused her car to overheat which resulted in her vehicle becoming engulfed in flames as it continued to heat up more and more. I immediately received a call from my GM, Von Richard as well as several of my coworkers who wanted to do something to raise money for Ms Carmela to purchase a new vehicle. We just want to give back to her the way she has given to us. If you are able to donate anything and everything is appreciated! 100% of the proceeds will be sent directly to Ms. Carmela!
