Hey everyone, my name is Samuel Kirbawy and I was the General Manager of Moshi Moshi.

I'm heartbroken (and honestly still in shock) to share that Moshi Moshi was suddenly sold, and with zero notice, all of us were let go. No warning, no severance, and no chance to say goodbye to our community—just out of a job overnight.

We’re talking about the people who made this place what it was: the cooks, bartenders, servers, hosts. The folks who worked every day to keep things running, who cared about the food, the regulars, the vibe, everything. None of us saw this coming and now we’re left scrambling to figure out what’s next.

This GoFundMe is here to help. Everything raised will be split equally between the 16 non-salaried team members so folks can cover rent, bills, groceries—just get through this rough patch.
