Our family is reaching out during an incredibly difficult time asking for support for our daughter, Morgan, her husband Jamie, and their children as they face a serious medical journey. Morgan is a devoted nurse practitioner and mother who has selflessly dedicated her life to caring for others. Now, she is preparing to undergo brain surgery, followed by a long and uncertain recovery. Her doctors expect that she will be unable to work for at least 3 to 6 months. As an integral part of caring for their large, blended family, this loss of income adds an overwhelming layer of stress during an already challenging time.

Morgan’s strength has been tested before. She has faced many medical setbacks, including her ongoing battle with metastatic thyroid cancer. Through it all, she has continued to show incredible resilience, grace, and an unwavering commitment to her faith, family and her patients. Anyone who knows Morgan understands her heart - she is selfless, compassionate, and always the one who shows up for others in their time of need. She never asks why me but takes a why not me approach to yet another health challenge.
