On Sunday April 5, my daughter Monica was in a horrible accident that changed everything for her and our family. She had to undergo surgery on April 7th and, as a result, is unable to work for the next 8 to 12 weeks. Monica is a devoted mother to three small children, and this sudden turn of events has left her facing a lot of uncertainty about how she will provide for them while she recovers.
