Hi, I work with the City of Grand Forks Water Department. I am setting up a fund for the family of an employee that passed last week. His name was Justin Mondor and his fiancé is Brianne Thompson. He has done many different things in our community and touched many lives. He was a paraprofessional, coach, landscaper, bartender, electrician, water works operator, father, fiancé, friend, coworker, brother, and so much more.
