Friends and family, if you have been following along, you may know the journey with my mother’s cancer has been a long and exhausting one. For those who don’t know, my mother has AML, Acute Myeloid Leukemia (blood and bone cancer). She has been in and out of the hospital since last March. There have been many ups and downs, but she remains fighting with a smile on her face.

With the upcoming stem cell treatment and all the expenses for Boston (hotels, medical bills, parking, etc.), I have decided to set up a GoFundMe page to help cover the expenses that will be thrown on Mom and Kurt throughout these next long months. Anything helps, please keep my mom in your prayers as she heads to Boston on September 10th for her stem cell transplant; she will be in recovery for up to a year. This is the next phase in her cancer treatment. For anyone who donates, shares, or even says kind words for my mom it is all greatly appreciated from all of us. I love you, Mom.
