Support Mohammed’s Family: A journey for safety

"In the serene village of Khuza’a within the heart of Gaza Strip, my family, including myself, Mohammed Qudaih, has weathered years of hardship under the weight of a persistent blockade. As I pursued my dreams of studying computer science in the United States, my family faced increasing adversity, culminating in the recent war that claimed my brother Jonaid, a vibrant 31-year-old soul, leaving our hearts shattered.
Amidst the chaos, our home was obliterated – a repository of memories, warmth, and laughter. The fields of our family farm, once vibrant and sustaining, now lie barren. Winter's chill compounds the burden my family bears.
Adding to our agony, my injured brother urgently requires medical care, a resource scarce in Gaza. As I navigate the distance that separates me from their suffering, the dream of studying in the U.S. has become bittersweet.
As a registered refugee with UNRWA, I've witnessed the resilience of my people, but the weight of this crisis is overwhelming. My plea is not just for financial support but for a lifeline to help my family reach safety in Egypt. There, my brother can receive the critical medical attention he desperately needs.
I, Mohammed Qudaih, implore you to be the beacon of hope for my family. This fundraiser aims to cover the expenses of my brother's treatment and facilitate our journey to safety in Egypt. Your support transcends a mere donation; it's a lifeline for a family seeking refuge from the storm. Together, we, Mohammed Qudaih and my family, can rewrite the narrative of despair, creating a path towards healing and hope. Thank you for being a guiding light in our darkest hour."
