Miracle in the Making: Mitch & Megan's IVF Journey
Donation protected
Mitchell and Megan have shared a beautiful journey together over the last thirteen years, celebrating nearly six years of marriage along the way. Their journey to parenthood, however, has been riddled with challenges as they've grappled with infertility for the past ten years. Megan, diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) as a teenager, faces additional hurdles with a blocked right tube, despite enduring two surgeries which failed to clear the blockages. This complication renders her unable to pursue the traditional first step of treatment, taking Clomid, due to the heightened risk of a tubal pregnancy.
Their quest for a child has already led them to spend over $15,000 out of pocket on testing, procedures and surgeries, none of which are covered by insurance. Despite relentless efforts, they've been unable to secure grants or loans to alleviate their financial burden.
If you know Mitch and Megan, you know they are not ones to ask for help.
Mitchell and Megan have exhausted all options and are now turning to the possibility of IVF, but the daunting cost of ONE round of IVF starting at $25,000 (coupled with the necessity of a three-hour round trip for each appointment) adds further strain. Because there is no guarantee that the first round of IVF will end with a pregnancy, the cost has the potential grow from there.
Megan has spent countless hours over the years researching and applying for jobs that provide coverage towards IVF with zero luck.
Your donation or a simple “share” could provide crucial support, easing the financial strain of gas expenses and exorbitant IVF costs. Seeing Mitchell and Megan light up when they are around their many nieces and nephews is both heartwarming and heartbreaking knowing how badly they yearn for their own family. They are more than deserving and will be the most loving and incredible parents.
Your generous contribution can help turn their dreams into reality as they navigate this challenging and emotional journey towards building the family they've always dreamed of. Thank you in advance for any and all support - it is appreciated more than words could say!
