Miss Theresa Key's home, pets, and all her possessions were claimed in a devastating fire Saturday night; she barely escaped with her life.

Anyone who has ever called the dealership has been greeted with the ever-happy sing-song voice of Miss Theresa's "Welcome to Campbell." Every week customers and reps tell us how refreshing it is to call a business and to not only be greeted by an actual person, but by someone who shares so much joy. She has faithfully filled this role for almost 30 years.
