On 9/17, Taylor Sherreitt (aka Miss Taylor), a beloved preschool teacher in Carlsbad, was wrongfully terminated from her job of over 15 years over a social media re-post that strongly condemned hateful views and recent political violence.

Instead of investigating more about the still-unidentified sender of this email or pursuing more moderate action to show grace towards this dedicated mother and educator, the Redeemer Board decided to end her 15-year legacy of joy, compassion, and professionalism in the classroom for expressing her own personal views on her own personal account on her own personal time.

If you feel compelled to support her and her two young children during this challenging time, please consider giving any amount to replace this lost revenue stream until she finds a new school home.
