Support Minneapolis Families in Urgent Need.

We are a charitable foundation that works directly with families in need. We created this fund to provide direct financial assistance to the families we are currently supporting, primarily in the Minneapolis area. We also help our unhoused neighbors who have also been affected and need urgent support just as much as others.

There is an urgent need for funds due to the ongoing actions of the administration against the immigrant community and our neighbors. We are asking for your help and generosity to ensure our neighbors have food, housing, and support during this difficult time. We aim to cover the costs of rent, utilities, groceries, medical expenses, and other financial needs these families may face in the coming weeks and months. Many of our neighbors are unable to leave their homes or go to work out of fear of detention. Simply put, it is unsafe for them to leave their homes.

For safety and privacy reasons, the people receiving these funds must remain anonymous. We are connected with specific families in need, and the list continues to grow as the situation in our city develops.

Receipts and proof of fund distribution can be provided upon request after payments have been made or funds have been sent directly to families. Again, for safety and privacy reasons, names and identifying details will be omitted.

We are committed to helping our neighbors with dignity and respect. We are committed to helping with love and compassion. Community is what will help us get through these times, and we ask the broader community and all who care for their support.

Mutual aid is at the forefront right now. Many of our friends, families, and extended communities are tirelessly helping in every way they can. If you are unable to participate directly in community work or live out of town — that is okay. It is normal to feel unsure about what to do right now — many of us feel the same.
