Support for Michael McBride: A Dedicated Caregiver in Need

At Right Choice Senior Living, we are more than coworkers—we are a family. Today, we are coming together to support one of our most respected and cherished team members, Michael “Mike” McBride, during a challenging time in his life.

Since June 24, 2020, Mike has been a pillar of strength, compassion, and professionalism within our caregiving community. He is known for his incredible patience, calm demeanor, and unwavering commitment to both residents and teammates. Mike has successfully managed some of the most difficult resident behavior cases in the history of our company, always leading with empathy, skill, and respect.

Beyond his caregiving excellence, Mike is a consummate team player, an outstanding cook who brings comfort through his meals, and—most importantly—a deeply caring human being. Residents trust him. Families appreciate him. His colleagues rely on him. He embodies what it truly means to serve others.

Health Challenges and Time Away from Work

Unfortunately, Mike has recently experienced significant health issues that will require him to step away from work for the next few months to focus on recovery. As many of us know, when health challenges arise, financial responsibilities don’t pause.

During this time away, Mike will be without his regular income while continuing to face everyday expenses. Medical needs, household bills, and basic living costs are creating a growing financial burden—one that no one should have to face alone, especially someone who has given so much of himself to others.
