On October 8th 2025, my roommate’s sister Mikaelah tripped and fell while wearing her 3 week old infant Shepherd. In this fall he was injured and the nature of the injury led a doctor to believe that the only cause could have been abuse. This has led to the removal of her and her husband Seth’s children, and a lengthy legal battle in which they’re fighting tooth and nail to return to normalcy. This false accusation has caused their family immense stress and financial burden. Prayers for their wellbeing, justice, and a change of heart in the prosecution are needed, and also for those taking care of their kids, Declan (3), Theo (2), and their infant Shepherd.
