Support the Singh Family After Their Father's Passing

Hi! My name is Michelle and I am currently a freshman at a college in Virginia Beach and I am writing this on behalf of my brother, Mark and myself... Our father, Ronald Singh, unfortunately passed away from heart complications at age 69 on December 7th, 2024 leaving myself, Mark and my mother, Namalene behind along with others. He was in our home country, Guyana as he planned on visiting there after his retirement to enjoy his time. This has been a dream of his for years, since even before I was born. He returned to the homeland on December 2nd and took his last breath just a few days later. The funeral is being held in Guyana on December 22nd as we plan on having a service then cremating his body as that is something he has expressed he wants after his passing. Due to this being in Guyana and my family's financial situation, this has left us strained as I had to go into my money set aside for college to fund this with no hesitation, leaving me with less money for my tuition with the cost of plane tickets, last minute passports, household bills, and any contributions for this reason. My father was the main income to our household paying our rent and now we are left trying to figure out a way on our own as survivor benefits can only cover so much. These donations would help my family and I get back on our feet. We have had help covering the funeral itself and would greatly appreciate any help with the aftermath of this all.
