Over the weekend, Michelle, a valued member of our team, experienced a devastating house fire that has left her family facing a total loss. Michelle and her family were woken up by a fire alarm going off in their home at 3am Thursday morning. They believe the fire started in the heater vent in the ceiling of a bathroom. While we are all incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, the aftermath has brought immense challenges and uncertainty for Michelle and her loved ones. They are currently staying in a hotel due to the extensive soot and water damage that spread throughout the whole house, making it unlivable. Losing a home so suddenly is something no one can truly prepare for, and the road ahead will require a lot of support and care from all of us.

Right now, Michelle and her family are in urgent need of temporary housing and the basic essentials that were lost in the fire. While insurance will eventually help, the process can take time. Our goal is to help ease some of this burden so Michelle and her family can focus on rebuilding and finding stability during this difficult period.
