My grand daughter Michaela has recently experienced a heartbreaking tragedy: the sudden passing of Jacob Jerome, the love of her life and the devoted father of their two precious children, Hudson (1 year old) and Josie (3 months old).

On December 11, Jacob Jerome was involved in a devastating car accident that took him from us far too soon.

As we navigate this unimaginable loss, we want to ensure that Michaela and her children have the support they need during this challenging time.
