The storm is over — but the crisis is not. Families are hungry, homes are gone, and hope is fading. Your help can change that. Donate now. Act fast. Lives depend on it.
The magnitude of devastation in Jamaica is BIG. REALLY BIG. And we must rise to this challenge with an EVEN BIGGER RESPONSE‼️
So far we've raised ~$40k in cash and have received $1.415M worth of donations from our Amazon Wishlist (please donate food!)
But, WE NEED TO REACH $1 MILLION in cash to keep relief flowing.
(we need $100 from 10,000 people. Add your drop the bucket, every mickle make a muckle)
We've dealt with crises before throughout the Caribbean to the scale of tens of thousands, this is on the scale of hundreds of thousands, approaching a million — PEOPLE.
We are on the brink of a humanitarian crisis WHICH CAN BE PREVENTED WITH YOUR HELP.

We are Caribbean Strong, a volunteer-led relief network formed by Caribbean nationals based in South Florida.
Funds raised will go directly to the US Caribbean Strong Fund at The Miami Foundation, a verified nonprofit partner. These funds will be used to provide food, clean water, medical supplies, and temporary shelter for families affected by Hurricane Melissa.
We are working in partnership with Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) to receive, ship, and distribute aid to those in need across the Caribbean.
Every dollar helps families survive and recover.
Help Caribbean Strong help them.
GEM and Miami Foundation (EIN: 650350357) are registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Donations to this fund are tax-deductible to the extent permissible by U.S. law.
