Hi, my name is Honah and this is my daughter Miah. She was born with hip dysplasia and vertical talus in her feet. Miah is also diagnosed with muscular myopathy in her legs, where the nerve endings in her legs are not fully developed, which causes weakness in her legs, and a form of scoliosis of the spine. Miah has had over 8 corrective hip and foot surgeries to help give her better mobility. The surgeries have helped to give some mobility with the help of a walker for short-distance walking, but her main mode of mobility will always be her wheelchair to get around from place to place. She enjoys going to the beach and playing in the sand and sea, but unfortunately, as she has gotten older, it's been harder to get her out onto the beach, and I would like to purchase her a beach wheelchair that will allow her to continue enjoying her love for the coast.
