On June 30th, 2025, in honor of Men’s Mental Health Month, I along with anyone who chooses to join me will be taking on a challenge: to ruck up and down Mt. Lemmon within 22 hours. We do this in memory of the 22 veterans who lose their lives to suicide every single day.
We will begin at 1:32 AM a time chosen to reflect the 132 men who die by suicide each day.
Every dollar raised will go directly to the Men’s Health Network, supporting mental health treatment, crisis resources, and suicide prevention efforts for men, soldiers, and veterans.
This effort is about choosing to suffer loudly for those who suffered in silence.
Men are 3.8 times more likely to die by suicide, too often because of shame and the stigma that still surrounds mental health. It’s time we break that silence.
If you’d like to join, donate, or simply help spread the word your support matters.
