My name is Kayla, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my stepmom, Melissa, who was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. While the good news is that it’s treatable, the road ahead is tough. Melissa had a stable, full-time job that she loved, but she’s had to step away from work to focus on healing.
