Hi, I’m Melissa Ritter. I worked for 3 years tirelessly for the Oklahoma County Detention Center. I started as a cadet and rose through the ranks. Last, I was a Chief Investigator over the Office of Professional Standards. I understand my employment was at will, but I never received ANY disciplinary action against me and was just terminated. I had made complaints of unethical conduct, and it has gotten progressively worse. However, knowing that I am a single mom of two amazing kiddos, I was hoping to be able to push through and work things out (especially right before the holidays).

I guess the CEO thought differently.

There are many various complaints, and I need to make the community aware of what is truly happening at Oklahoma County Detention Center.
