Melisa’s aunt is a 60-year-old disabled woman who has always been a loving mother and caretaker. The loss of her home, belongings, and beloved pets has left her devastated and struggling to find hope.

To make matters even more difficult, her adult daughter, who lives with her, was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and is now undergoing chemotherapy. The family is facing overwhelming challenges, trying to navigate medical treatments, emotional stress, and the urgent need for basic necessities. Melisa’s aunt is diabetic, which makes access to healthy food and medication even more critical during this time.
