Support Melanie's Essential Van Replacement

My name is Melanie González-Luna. I am 20 years old and I have SMA Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1. Because of my medical condition, I am unable to move my body. The only way I can attend my medical appointments and get around is with a specially modified van that suits my needs.

Unfortunately, the van we currently have is not working properly. Due to the high cost of repair or replacement, any financial support would be a great blessing to us.

My father is the only one who can work, as my mother is my full-time caregiver and takes care of me 24 hours a day.
