I’m asking for help on behalf of one of my dearest friends, Melanie, who is ready to take a step toward independence and a brighter future. After ten years focused on recovery from PTSD, Melanie is determined to return to work and reestablish stability for herself and her son. Melanie worked as a certified medical assistant prior to seeking therapy, but her certification expired during that time. Now that she is healthy and ready to work again, the final step to re-entering her field is retaking the medical assistant certification exam.
