Support me to help her navigate end of life issues

My mother turned 80 last year. She’s a 3-time cancer survivor, and has successfully managed adult-onset diabetes for more than 30 years. By now, however, her kidneys are slowly failing. There’s no way to tell how much time she has left, although she does have a tendency to beat the odds.
In recent years, her mental health issues have become increasingly prominent. For the sake of her privacy, I won’t go into detail as to what those issues are, suffice to say that when you add cognitive decline into the mix, ordinary everyday life gets unusually complicated.
She lives in Georgia; I live in Oregon. I have no siblings to share this responsibility with.
Things have reached a point where it’s necessary for me to fly out there and walk her through certain steps that she cannot complete on her own.

So that’s the purpose of this GoFundMe: for me to give her the support she needs to get her affairs in order, and for my own peace of mind.
There will be attorney fees, travel expenses, and likely medical expenses. She may or may not need a guardian appointed. I won’t know until I get there. My concern is that if I don’t intervene soon, then as her decline accelerates it will mean greater difficulties later on.
I am not active on social media, so please share with your networks if the spirit moves.
Thank you.
